The handcrafted staircase, the perfectly mitred corners, the artpiece which hold a ventilation system. Seems excessive on the surface but it's these finer pieces that make it complete.
None are bold statements, all just subtle, seamless quality in the workmanship.
When you walk through this home, you might not notice every detail straight away — unless you have the trained eye of a builder or designer.
But you’ll feel it. Wait till we show the final masterpiece to you.

Exterior cladding complete — framing the home.
Electrical and plumbing complete.
Painting and tiling finished.
Flooring and carpet currently being installed.
Our handcrafted staircase is ready for installation.
Interior finishing touches underway — precision detailing.
Minor delay: Our custom kitchen is still en route by sea — proving that even the best laid plans can be at the mercy of the elements!
Despite the wait, move-in is scheduled and going ahead.
